Life of bees. Worker bees. The bees bring honey.

You already have the experience. This course helps you present it in the right way—compliant, relevant, and persuasive.

In federal contracting, past performance is not just a section in your proposal—it is a critical evaluation factor determining whether you win or lose.

Yet many teams struggle to present their experience clearly, often defaulting to incomplete project summaries, outdated narratives, or mismatched references.

The Optimize Your Past Performance module was developed to change that.

This course provides a structured process for assessing, organizing, and strengthening the past performance content you include in proposals. It is not about rewriting history—it is about presenting it in a way that aligns with what evaluators are actually looking for.

What the Workshops Cover

Week 1 – Contract Discovery
Learn how to identify and document every contract in your portfolio, even those that were not previously captured in your internal systems. We will show you how to create a master contract list by line of business, agency, and performance period.

Week 2 – Past Performance Collection
Once your contracts are located, we will walk you through gathering the necessary files: statements of work, CPARS, customer contact info, proposal submissions, and performance data. You will receive worksheets and checklists to standardize the process.

Week 3 – Building the Library
We will help you organize your content by contract and populate a Past Performance folder system with naming conventions, templates, and best practices for future reuse.

By the end of the third session, you will have a working Past Performance Library ready to support proposals—complete with reference summaries and documentation organized by scope, size, and complexity.
